Now, as a mom myself, I know she probably made them so often because they were quick, easy and a guaranteed crowd pleaser! Let me quickly walk you through each step of the process to create these Mummy Pizzas for your little monsters!
How to Make Easy Mummy Pizzas for Halloween
You only need a few ingredients for this special Halloween dinner! Grab some English Muffins, leftover hamburger buns, sandwich rolls or whatever round bread you have on hand. You’ll start by buttering the top of each roll and sprinkling a little garlic powder on top before popping them into the oven for a few minutes to toast (exact recipe is below).
Next, you’ll top them with your favorite pizza sauce and a few pepperonis (feel free to adjust to suit your family’s preferred pizza toppings).
Then you’ll tear apart some string cheese and place the strips criss-cross on the pizza so they look like mummy wrappings.
Finally, bake them for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted, then add 2 candy eyes to each pizza and tada… Mummy Pizzas!
Pair with a salad or some veggies for dinner or serve these up at a Halloween party or playdate for everyone to enjoy! How’s that for the easiest Halloween-themed dinner ever?!
