Perfect for a little boy or girl, this gender neutral party in lovely yellows with brighten anyone’s day. Let’s take a look at all the details the Mommy to Bee and her guests enjoyed.
Bee Themed Baby Shower Invitations
Keeping with the color theme of the party, Cassandra’s guests received these lovely Mommy to Bee themed invitations designed by Matinae Designs Studio featuring honeycombs in shades of yellow, black and white. You’ll see those colors carried throughout the party decor too.

This Mommy to Bee Shower Invitation by Pixel Perfection Party also features that honeycomb pattern, but mixes in a little color, depending on if you’re expecting a baby boy or a girl!
Or switch up the wording and focus on the “little honey” that will soon arrive with this darling invitation by Em and Be a Paperie!

Mommy to Bee Party Decorations
This party theme truly lends itself to some beautiful decor options! From fresh flowers to delicate bees, geometric honeycombs and unique beehives, the sky is the limit on your creativity!
Guests were welcomed to the shower with this sweet Welcome Sign and ballon bouquet in yellow, black and white. I love how they outlined BABY in hexagon honeycomb shapes!

Additional decor elements included this queen bee wall sticker, a variety of bee hives, honeycomb cutouts and water pitchers filled with fresh yellow and white flowers. Tables were covered in bright yellow and delightful bee and honeycomb banners hung above them. I love this laser cut wood bee banner I found on Etsy too – it would be perfect for this theme!


Guest tables were set with black tablecloths and black and white striped chair cushion covers and table runners. Each place setting featured a yellow honeycomb place mat topped with a white linen napkin and yellow honeycomb soap. Centerpieces were a mix of beehives, fresh flowers and wooden honeycombs.




Bee Themed Food & Dessert Inspiration
Guests enjoyed a variety of bite sized foods like chicken and waffle skewers, tea sandwiches, veggie cups and warm pretzels.




The bee-utiful dessert table was adorned with a Mommy to Bee wall sticker and honeycombs and featured delicious sweet treats like yellow candies and these mini bundt cakes topped with bumblebee and beehive cupcake toppers. Yum!



Baby Shower Activities & Favors
Cassandra and her guests enjoyed a variety of Baby Shower games like, “Don’t Say Baby” and “Guess How Many Honeycombs.” They also filled out new mom advice cards and shared some words of wisdom with the mom-to-bee.





And what’s a party without a Photo Booth and party favors?! This stunning photo booth featured a giant honeycomb adorned with beautiful sunflowers. Doesn’t Cassandra look stunning photographed in front of it?


Finally, what better party favor for a bee themed shower than sticks of honey? Each guest took home a white tumbler with honey sticks with a sweet little thank you tag.
