The end of the year is quickly approaching, which means the dawn of a New Year and a fresh start will be here before we know it! It’s such a special time of year… you can feel the possibility bubbling up inside of you! It’s a time for reflection of the past and a time to turn our focus towards what’s to come. I know many of you are goal setters and planners like me, so I created a New Year’s “21 Goals for 2021” Printable so you can focus, plan and be purposeful about the life you want to create in the New Year!
Let’s be honest, I think we’re all looking forward to saying “goodbye” to 2020! It’s been a rollercoaster of a year, full of uncertainty and high emotions for the whole country. I hope you found silver linings this year, built more personal connections and spent time reflecting on what’s important to you personally. This year brought a lot of change for me and it’s prompted me to think about where I’ve been, where I want to go and who I want to be. I’ve thought about all of the places I want to see (when we can travel safely again), the traditions and values I want to instill in my children and the goals I want to achieve in 2021 and beyond.
Some of the reflecting was easy, exciting and fun. And truthfully, a lot of it was scary, painful and difficult. However, I’m thankful for this past year and so excited for the next! And that’s why I wanted to have a physical document where I could write down my hopes and dreams for 2021! Thus, I created this “21 Things for 2021” goal tracking printable …
Over this past year I read The Overdue Life of Amy Byler and it really spoke to me. Specifically, it prompted me to consider the concept of “more.” Here’s one of my favorite lines from the book…
“I get now that you can love what you have, love your kids and your life and your friends, and still want more. I get that it’s okay to go out and get more—more love, more friendship, more fulfillment—and still be a wonderful mom.”
So as you download and dream of a new vision for 2021, I encourage you to think of what you want more of… because it’s the perfect time of year to consider how you can be more, give more, learn more, grow more, exercise more, nourish your soul more, travel more, love more… What’s your more for 2021?
Use the printable yourself during a quiet moment over the holidays, or print out a whole bunch and share them at your New Year’s Eve Party or New Year’s Day Brunch! It’s a great way to build relationships, connect more deeply with those you love and hold each other accountable for achieving your dreams in the New Year. Grab a copy here and have fun planning a year of more!
