  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a 10×15 cookie sheet or baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Using a standing mixer, cream together the butter, brown sugar, sugar, egg and vanilla until combined.
  3. In another large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt until combined.
  4. Gradually add in the dry ingredients to the butter mixture until combined.
  5. Fold in the M&M’s and chocolate chips by hand.
  6. Spread out the dough onto your cookie sheet, pressing it down into the dish.
  7. Add a few extra green M&M’s to the top of cookie mixture for some added green for St. Patrick’s Day.
  8. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until lightly brown.
  9. Remove the cookie sheet and allow it to cool completely before cutting it into bars. Enjoy!
