This homemade Mint Hot Chocolate Recipe is creamy, delicious and cooks in the crockpot or slow cooker! The peppermint flavored cocoa is ideal for holiday parties, Christmas morning or Grinch themed parties!

  1. Place all of your ingredients into the bowl of a crockpot.
  2. Set the crockpot to low and cook for two hours, stirring every 15 minutes to combine the ingredients and incorporate the chocolate chips as they melt.
  3. When the chocolate chips are fully melted, add green food coloring and stir to combine. Continue adding drops of food coloring until you reach your desired shade of green.
  4. Ladle the hot chocolate into your favorite mugs and top with marshmallows or whipped cream and sprinkles! Enjoy!
