Instructions
  1. Mix and bake your cakes according to mix directions (I baked in three 6-inch nonstick round pans for 30 minutes).
  2. Allow cakes to cool completely and then level each cake.
  3. Prepare frosting by mixing 2 sticks of softened butter with the jar of Marshmallow Fluff. Once combined, slowly add one cup of powdered sugar until you get to your desired consistency. If you’d like, add one teaspoon of vanilla extract for additional flavor. Mix completely.
  4. Place the first layer of cake on your cake stand and top with about half a cup of frosting. Spread the frosting evenly across the top of the layer.
  5. Add the second layer of cake and top with another half cup of frosting, spreading evenly.
  6. Add the top layer of cake and cover the entire cake with frosting, making sure to reserve at least 1.5 cups of frosting to decorate the top of the cake.
  7. Gently crush your graham crackers and use the crumbs and sprinkles to decorate the sides of your cake. Using your hands, gently press the graham cracker pieces into the cake as desired.
  8. Add the remaining frosting to a piping bag with a star tip and decorate the top of the cake by making swirls of frosting around the outside edge of the cake as shown. Repeat so you have two layers of frosting for added height.
  9. Add about five large marshmallows to the center of your cake. Using your kitchen torch, gently roast the marshmallows until you achieve the color you desire.
  10. Finish decorating your cake by sprinkling additional graham cracker pieces on the top of the cake and topping it with several chocolate heart candies. Enjoy!
