Ingredients
Sweet Ginger Gold Cocktail

Irish Whiskey

lemons
you’ll only use the juice
gold sprinkles
for rimming your glass
edible gold leaf
for garnish
Ginger Honey Syrup
4
oz
grated ginger
2
cups
Honey
1
cup
water
Clover Ice Cubes
distilled water
edible clover or flowers
Instructions
Ginger Honey Syrup
Add the grated ginger, honey and water to a pot and bring to a boil.
Turn the heat to low and simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Strain the mixture into your serving pitcher or bottle.
Clover Ice Cubes
Snip clover heads or edible flowers and distribute them into the ice cube trays.
Pour distilled water into your ice cube trays.
Place in freezer until frozen. Add 2-3 ice cubes to each glass before serving.
Sweet Ginger Gold Cocktail
Add 8 oz of Irish Whiskey and the juice from 2 lemons to the ginger honey syrup in your pitcher or bottle. Stir or shake until mixed.
Rim the edges of your cocktail glasses with gold sprinkles, add a few ice cubes and sprinkle in some edible gold leaf.
Pour the cocktail into your fancy glasses and enjoy!
