  1. Add 1-2 drops of blue food coloring to your icing and mix well.
  2. Place the blue frosting in a piping bag with a closed star tip or in a large baggie. If you are using a tip, make sure to insert that in the bag first. Frost each cupcake.
  3. Add a glass slipper on top and insert one fairy godmother wand. Depending on how long your wand is, you may have to cut it shorter so it doesn’t stick out too high.
  4. Sprinkle on the white nonpareils.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
